Disclaimer:

Show up time: If the job is cancelled on the day of, Lessee is responsible for the 2hr show up time per employee scheduled regardless of restraints.

Idle time: If Lessee request to keep the crew on site, the hourly cost per journey man will be $129.65 per hour per man.Truck Delivery Per Truck: $1,300.00. All 5 brought, Up to 4Hours After the first 4 hour $162.50 per hour will be charge. Yard Time To Load and Unload Trucks $250 per hour 

Sidewalk Shed Rental: $12.00.LF up to 10’H x 10’W, $18.00.LF up to 14’H x 10W, $20.00.LF up to 16,H x 10’W. No Equipment Provide under this agreement.  

Scaffold Rental: $11.9  Per Square Foot, No Equipment Provide under this agreement.
